The driver did not contact me the day before as promised to confirm the pickup date and time. I went to work. I received a call from the driver stating he was in my neighborhood coming to pick up the vehicle. I had to leave my job to meet him. If he would have contacted me the day before as promised I would have made arrangements to be at home for the pickup. On the delivery the driver stated he would be there on Sunday morning. He did not deliver the vehicle until almost evening. Again lack of communication and no concern for others time.

We are certainly sorry to hear that Jean is unhappy, but she is being a tad bit harsh on her driver here, which we will gladly bear the brunt of since most folks confuse the nature of the two entities involved as she is doing here and even though Nicole in our office did a little extra hand holding on this particular order, as you can read below. Jean is also glossing over a very KEY piece of information, her car was delivered from AZ to GA in FIVE DAYS, a trip that averages 7-10 days, and the driver delivered on a Sunday, not all drivers are going to do that. Her poor review runs in contrast to the email that she sent Nicole after her pickup which reads; 'Hi Nicole, I left you a message earlier. The Rodeo was picked up today. I didn't receive a confirmation call yesterday so I had to run home to meet the guy. Luckily I live about 20 minutes from my work and he was okay waiting for me. Is it the norm to tip these guys? If yes what is appropriate? I'm getting ready to overnight the money order and want to include the tip if applicable. Thanks, Jean' (I'm guessing that showing up Sunday evening instead of Sunday morning cost that driver the tip, though) Two quick things for prospective customers to take away from this review; Tipping is entirely up to you and at your discretion, there is no 'norm' so to speak and also, keep in mind that we always tell customers that most trucks will call ahead, however sometimes notice can be shorter than that, but if you get short notice from a carrier and they then in turn must wait for you, then they must wait, which this truck did without issue, it's the price the Carrier needs to pay for not calling ahead. We hope this review helps you in your selection of a carrier.
