My broker Matt was very friendly and helpful to help me get my order set up, and reached out multiple times to check in during the shipping process. The actual driver gave me some problems, and delayed my drop off date without warning. He was less communicative than I had hoped and I had to reach out to him to check in on my car because he wouldn’t reach out to me. I would still use Ship A Car Direct, and will in the future, but I might try to get a different driver.
