I used a different company last year to bring my car back and forth from Massachusetts and Florida and they were good, but this year I decided to really do my homework and research a lot of companies. Particularly after reading the reviews, I locked into Ship a Car Direct. From beginning to end, Scott, the person I dealt with, was there to answer any question or concern I had. Not only through emails, put over the phone as well—you even get to talk to a real person !!! When I initially called them, 2 months before our trip, Scott said I should wait awhile before actually booking a delivery company as the going rates were a bit high and a more realistic quote would come a few weeks prior to booking. That worked out well and the final price was less than I spent last year. And it was not only the personal contact that I had with the companies, it was the numerous emails they sent regarding what to expect in the process, answers to frequently asked questions, and even an app for me to download pictures of my car before and after delivery. A Class A organization!!!
