I bought a Jeep from New Mexico and needed to get it brought to Connecticut. My Jeep was picked up early and delivered early. My only complaint was I had no communication that it would be delivered early, so it was hard to plan for the delivery. I called one time, was told it would be delivered mid week, but it arrived on Monday. This was fine for me as my family was able to help, but overall this appears to be an issue across all of the transport companies. I chose this company because they appeared to not use companies that their customers had a bad experience with. Overall my experience went well, my car was delivered without a scratch!
