Overall my experience was satisfactory in that my car was picked up and delivered in a timely fashion. In addition the quoted price was was the final price. Being it was my first experience with having my car shipped I was a bit nervous. Both the broker (SHIP-a-car direct) and carrier (Long Distance Transport Inc.) kept in touch but were not always available when called . I probably would use these companies again however,
