I have used Ship A Car Direct in the past. I had tried other companies, but I find that Ship A Car Direct has the best communication. There was a glitch with the carrier that was assigned to me and the carrier kept on changing the pick up date. Jennifer got right on it and assigned a new carrier immediately. I find that the communication is outstanding and would definitely recommend Ship A Car Direct.
