So I had scheduled a car to be picked up and delivered. In terms of pickup, the service was really good. Determining the time for delivery and troubleshooting was more difficult. 1. Finding the right number to contact was pretty tricky at first. It's not obvious and I ended up having to use a number I found from the website as opposed to the number listed on the official documents. 2. The delivery date was off by 2 days. If you work full time and have availability on the weekend, there's not a guarantee your projected delivery date will actually happen. Obviously, I understand things can go amiss and stuff can get delayed. I just wish that they had taken the initiative to contact me first so that I could plan accordingly. What should've been a Sunday delivery date resulted in a Tuesday delivery date at 5:30 am. Thankfully, my schedule could afford that kind of flexibility but yours may not. If I had known a little bit more in advance instead of the morning of, that would've appreciated. Thus, I score this service a 3/5. The car was in perfectly condition. I just wish the driver was more responsive to dispatch so that dispatch could update me in real time exactly where the vehicle was. The last thing was the Zelle payment. If I am supposed to pay the DRIVER, then the DRIVER's number should be listed. Not some other number. That led to some confusion and unnecessary waiting because the paperwork didn't align with the spoken instructions.
