Jennifer was great and very kind and knowledgeable. It really was her who sold me on picking a carrier. I was in contact with 2 others. Jennifer answered every question before I could ask. I had never shipped a car before and she answered and was there at every step. The shipper himself was very professional, contacted me timely and gave me appropriate windows of arrival and ship time. He was kind and punctual. Overall, great and stress-free experience.
