As a first-time vehicle shipper, I had a lot of questions which Renee answered in a very straightforward manner. The car arrived when shipper said it would and expenses were exactly as expected. The driver did charge us $200 additional for clothes and other items stored in the car, but that's not on Ship a Car Direct.
