The process after initial acceptance was a little confusing, but our interactions with the driver lowered the stars. We originally requested 21st delivery, Ship-a-Car offered 20th but then confirmed with the driver that 21 worked. Then mid-travel (we were driving cross-country), the driver called to say he'd arrive on the 20th. We rushed to make it work, because we weren't going to ask our friend in the new place to take off work for it (although the driver asked for this). The driver called repeatedly back to back just to confirm repeatedly when we'd arrive. On arrival, he was difficult and kept insisting Zelle was instant when the payment didn't go through right away. We ended up using Venmo instead. We were happy to get the cars a day earlier, but we had a headache we didn't anticipate.
