Smooth overall experience with Ship a Car Direct for transporting my car from the west coast to the east coast. Lottie was responsive and accommodating, answering all my questions. They honored our special request to pick up the car a few days after delivery. My only suggestions are for the driver to confirm the pickup date earlier and for the final price to be confirmed sooner, although I understand that this might be a common practice in the industry.
