Due to circumstances beyond many people's control, my experience with the shipping vendor was a little complicated (hey it happens!), but I felt comfortable and clear about the process thanks to Ship A Car Direct. They were quick to answer any of my questions, find the information and getting to the bottom of any of my questions, and the folks I talked to were always professional and helpful. I would definitely use this company again, especially with the experience of them having gone above and beyond when things didn't go according to plan.
