It was very good dealing with Ship A Car Direct. Jennifer, the customer service representative was outstanding. Very available and willing to provide any information needed. Helped ensure the whole experience was seamless. The only slight negative was that the driver delivering the car at the destination? Did not keep us informed as to his changing schedule of delivery. But it all went well regardless. Would definitely recommend this company.
