Ship a Car Direct was great - very responsive and helpful. The actual driver was not as customer-focused. He required I meet him 20mins away from my home to drop off my car. The, once the car arrived, the driver called at 6:30am and gave me a 20min window to get to the car for pick up. The driver would not accept a Zelle money transfer - even though I had confirmed earlier that week it would be accepted. The driver gave me no options and was ready to leave with my car. Luckily, my fiancé and I were able to pull the amount needed from a nearby ATM. It was very stressful, but it all worked out. Ship a Car Direct tired to make it up to me with a $50 credit and confirmation that the driver should have accepted Zelle.
