In February 2023, I used Ship A Car Direct for the second time. Based on my first experience, Ship A Car Direct was the only company I called in February. The process went very smooth on their side and the rate they quoted was the rate the transport company charged me (not always the case with other brokers). The problem was on my end and twice when a transporter was on their way to pick-up the car I had to delay the process due to mechanical issues with the car. The individual (Stefan) from Ship A Car Direct was very understanding with my situation and exhibited a lot of patience in working with me. On the third scheduled pick-up date the transport ocurred without any issues. If I find the need again to ship a car I will once again use Ship A Car Direct.
