Ship a Car Direct was very good - strong communication, reliable, I'd definitely use them again. The only issue we had is the trucking company they contracted with changed delivery date/time last minute (as I was boarding the flight out to meet the car) and they were not as easy to communicate with. It ended up costing me extra hassle and a day's rental car until I could meet up with my own. Would have been so much easier had I just known ahead they would not be able to accommodate me. But I can't say that's the fault of Ship a Car Direct.
