I was not on any time line to ship my car, but my car was shipped within a few days of me placing my order. My car was picked up a day later than I was originally told and arrived a day later. Again, I was not in any hurry, so this was fine for me. I texted with them during the shipment and someone called me immediately and answered my questions. I would definitely use them again.
