This is the second time I've used Ship a Car Direct and I couldn't be more happy with their service. From start to finish, their agents were kind, informative and very responsive. They kept me updated throughout the entire process and had answers to any of my questions. They also have great tools within their website and app that streamlines anything you might need (i.e. info videos, photo upload in the event of damage). I particularly liked the personalized touch from my agent, Renee, who would text me with any important information I needed to have. I can't recommend Ship a Car Direct enough! Thank you!
