Lottie was very direct and informative with me. The carrier price was within $80 of th estimate and the car was delivered as scheduled without damage. Overall it was an easy transaction. The only reason I didn’t give five stars is that we got leases than 24 hours notice of the pickup. I understand that is industry practice and not Lottie’s fault, but it does produce anxiety and make it difficult to arrange someone to receive the car on the other end. I would definitely recommend them a and would use them again.
