This was the first time we had ever shipped a car. Scott made this a very easy process for us and answered all of my questions. The only tiny glitch was that the driver didn't let us know he was getting close or an approximate time of arrival. I'm sure that was an oversight, and it did not cause any issues as my husband was at home when he arrived to pick up the car. I would most definitely use Ship a Car Direct again in the future and would recommend them to anyone who needs to have a car shipped. Thank you, Beth
