David had been very upfront to me about the cost, estimate of pick up & drop off right from the beginning. It cost me more than other quotes but the carrier contacted & kept me posted, picked & delivered my car as promised. Was very reliable. They even changed a carrier for me when they realized they were asking for toll amount etc. which was already accounted for. Payment was made right at the end to the driver & I happily gave him an extra tip! I would use Ship A Direct again for sure Thank you David!
