Car successfully transported without any damage. Once it was picked up, all went well. However, our initial date range request could not be met. My only issue with that is that we were told it could be met and even as time was running out, we were reassured a carrier would come through. Only after pickup failed, were we told our date range for pickup wasn’t reasonable. We started over with absolutely no specific date range and eventually the car was picked up. The company will say it’s the carriers’ fault, but we should have been told up front that a one week pickup window wasn’t reasonable.
