Overall great service. Made the call with a unique pick up request. Too about 4days to get it confirmed. Pickup was perfect for my schedule. Pickup took 20min. Flawless. The driver named Clarence did a great job at pick up and delivery. We took some pictures and he picked up the car. Delivery was the next day about 450miles far on the east coast. Driver and I stayed in contact throughout. We had a slight delay but all was communicated and not an issue. The biggest plus is the good communication by SHIP a car direct, their contracted dispatcher, and driver. Keep it up!
