Texas to Illinois- NEVER AGAIN

I scheduled a car shipment with Ship A Car Direct from Texas to Illinois. I used them back in 2020 with Lauren the same representative. Lauren lied to me just so she could get my money. I told her that the latest I could have my car shipped was 6/9. That date was not available so she assured me that it would be picked up on 6/10 so I canceled my flight and went with that. Ronsway texted me the morning of 6/10 and said they would pick up car in the afternoon/evening and would call when they are 1 hour out. I did not hear from him so I texted at 5pm and was told they were not going to pick up car until Saturday 6/11 and did not give a time. Meanwhile I had to stay at a hotel for 2 nights because I had just given up my apartment and had no idea when they would arrive. I tried to call them and they would not answer the phone and would only respond via text saying that the pickup was scheduled for Friday or Saturday! I NEVER agreed to Saturday because I knew that I would be out of state and I told Lauren that! I called who I am assuming to be dispatch (Peter?) and was told they would escalate matter to management. NO ONE CALLED. It is now Saturday morning 6/11 at 8am. I called Peter again who assured me that my car would be picked up today but still no time given! Received text from Ronsway stating car pickup will be today between 2-5. It was picked up close to 7pm… I arrived in Chicago on Sunday and Ronnie called to say that he was in the area and that he will drop the car off between 8 & 9pm… I called after 9pm and he said he had another car to deliver and would be on his way. I told him I couldn’t wait and he said he would deliver car in the Monday morning. I told him that I’ve been waiting on him since Friday. He said I have not been waiting on him. He said that he never said he would pick up car on Friday. I said that’s what I contracted with Lauren and that’s what his text messages said. He said he did not text me??? He was rude and went back & forth with this and suddenly the phone was disconnected. I believe he hung up on me. He delivered the car on Monday morning. I used Ronsway in 2020 without any problems. This is not the same person! Lauren NEVER gave me so much as a phone call or email. NEVER NEVER AGAIN!
