This is my second time using Ship-a-car direct to ship a car from the east coast to the west. I always get constant updates and quick responses to any concerns I may have. They have a special app where you can take previous pictures of the car and where you can get information about how they ship the cars. I never had any issues and my cars were in top shape after traveling. The dates were very close as well. 10/10 recommend
