I had a pretty smooth experience with them and didnt have any issues shipping my car from Seattle down to San Diego. They are quick on communication and sent over the dispatch/insurance documents when I requested for them. The rest I had good communication with the carrier (I5 Transport) but overall was a good experience, and they checked in with me to make sure everything went smoothly.
