We used the service to transport my daughters car from college. Everything was very easy. Driver was very courteous. He showed up on time and was very easy to work with admins car was delivered in excellent condition. The broker, Ship-a-Car Direct provided excellent communication. It did end up slightly higher in price than we thought but we had a specific time constraint which limited our pick-up time. Overall a very easy experience and I would work with them again.
