This was my first time shipping a vehicle. I was very nervous. My first contact at Ship A Car Direct was Mike. He was very helpful. Gave me some good information and a few tips. He kept in contact with me but did not constantly call. Mike handled everything in a very timely manner. I was assigned to Prestige Auto Carriers for transport. Willy was my first person to person contact. He was awesome! Very courteous, well mannered and accommodating. His presence made this experience so easy. I was reassured that all was well and my vehicle was in good hands. Victor delivered my vehicle on time. He, too, was just wonderful. I have nothing but good things to say about my experience. The two companies I worked with are the only companies I would recommend to my family and friends.
