Car shipping experience from West coast to East Coast:
The process was simple with website. I didn't had to get into call with anyone. I did not receive call from anyone. As soon as I got Quote online, I was reached out via email to confirm the booking. I got Quote from many vendors, and Ship a car Direct was reasonable than other vendors. So I confirmed the booking via website. I got very good communication and notification via email. Once they found the truck or vendor to ship my car, they charged $300 and the rest was on delivery.
They have an app to take photos before loading and after unloading for insurance purpose. I couldn't ask anymore as the process was very simple. I would recommend Ship a car Direct.
