I contacted Ship a Car Direct to ship a 2021 Audi TTRS in an enclosed trailer cross country from Florida to Washington. The process was well communicated and handled by Ship a Car Direct. They brokered a shipper within a day. That shipper ended up falling through due to (they claimed, anyway) mechanical issues with their transporter. Ship a Car Direct quickly found me another shipper and were able to get the car to me without any extra hassle on my part. The customer service was great, including direct communication from Mike, the owner as well as the 24/7 support team that answered my call when the first shipper backed out.
I'd be happy to contract with Ship a Car Direct in the future should I need to ship another vehicle.
