Best customer service and great driver!

Jennifer at Ship a Car Direct provided the best customer service. After confirming the shipping date, I noticed a tornado on the way. Jennifer helped me reschedule and changed to enclosed shipping. And her colleagues at Ship a Car Direct also helped out when Jennifer was off work. My driver is Alex, he delivered on time, and my car was in perfect condition. He is also an excellent communicator. He texted me an hour before he arrived and alerted me when he was 10 minutes away. He delivered the vehicle at around 11:00 p.m. I am very impressed that he went the extra mile in completing the task. I am 100% satisfied with this experience and will do business with them again. Here's their answer to a shipping date question. "Are my dates guaranteed? No, all dates given are estimates and projections. For this reason we ask that you give us the earliest possible date you would be willing to release the vehicle, even though it may not be your preferred date. We put you in direct contact with your carrier and the carrier will also typically call you the afternoon or evening before your pick up and delivery (they won't just show up unannounced, and if they do we want to hear about it). However, carriers are out on the road battling traffic, weather and any number of other factors that can and do throw it off their pickup and delivery projections from time to time. If the projected dates we give you come and you are unable to make contact with your carrier, please call our office immediately so that we may help resolve the situation."
