Great Service, Inspection App, & Carrier Screening

We bought a new car from Crest Ford Dealership in Michigan (1400 miles away) & needed delivery. A random online quote resulted in an overwhelming amount of texts, calls & emails. I then did some research, read some horror stories and became educated that transport brokers use the same national online system to post jobs. My due diligence led us to contact Scott at SHIPACARDIRECT (warning, there are 2 other imitators with similar names but not the same standards). I was impressed with SHIPACARDIRECT's reviews, transparency, communication, & their on-going process of vetting carriers. They were very personable, professional, and answered every question. Jasmine at Crest Ford did an amazing job of prepping the vehicle, coordinating with the carrier, and using the app to document the condition of the car prior to loading. She sent us 48 pics & the carrier himself even identified a tiny 1/2" scuff on the underside of the bumper. When we met the carrier, Edwin, in Florida, he was pleasant, professional & had great patience with our post-delivery inspection, again taking photos via the app. The experience was easy, stress-free and I'm confident that this is a normal experience for their clients!
