These guys over-communicate which is a really good thing when it comes to shipping expensive items like cars. All their videos are great and very informative. Once an actual shipper was assigned to my order they provided their insurance info that I was able to independently verify. The car arrived 1 day before the estimated timeline and that was awesome!
