Our car arrived on time and there was no damage. But the experience was pretty stressful - our driver was not responsive and we had a high-strung time trying to get the car picked up, a process that ended up taking multiple hours. And there was no communication until 20 minutes before the car's arrival. Calls went straight to voicemail, texts were not returned, and we had no sense of when our car would get delivered up until the moment it arrived. I'm grateful everything worked out in the end, but am subtracting a star because of the incredibly unprofessional nature of the experience when it came to dealing with the actual driver that was subcontracted by Ship a Car. I wish that they would set better expectations for the companies they work with.
