From the time I began to evaluate Ship a Car Direct, even before the decision to engage their services, constant communication was provided to address frequently asked questions as well as links to explain the process that is associated with transporting a vehicle. Once the decision was made, there were periodic reports provided to ensure that the requested pickup date was on track.
