Easy process - Would use again

I started on another website where I sent a quote request and like many of you, starting receiving calls and emails from 10-15+ companies, so I ended up here to research and found this site most useful. I decided to go with Shipacardirect. The overall process was pretty simple. Customer service and my Rep where kind and very helpful. I was a little flexible with my move date so can't speak to those who need exact dates, but the pick up and delivery fell exactly between my range. Pick up date was a couple days later than my beginning range, which they were upfront letting me know this is often the case, so just keep that in mind and plan appropriately. Delivery was right on time. Car arrived exactly as it was when shipping out. Overall, pleased and would use again. Rates were reasonable. Price was about $100 more than initial quote, but I knew that might be the case going into any mover I chose (and they were upfront on my initial phone consultation that that may happen), and thought that was not a huge price hike like I read with many other brokers. Was not charged till a driver was booked.
