From the first conversation with Matt I felt very confident and comfortable that my car would be well taken care of. Matt answered all my questions and was professional and also kind in speaking with me. The Ship A Car Direct website is very easy to use and I liked the photo feature to upload pictures of my car. The whole process was a good experience from the first conversation to the driver. I would definitely use Ship A Car Direct again and recommend them to others. Thanks so much
