Mr. Matt returned our calls very promptly and answered all questions patiently, making everything easy for us.
We are thankful for ABSOLUTELY NO added fees, shady practices, and difficulties in the process of getting our car from AZ to the East Coast. Y'all vetted well your drivers/contractors - Emil & Gabriela are superb, a cut above and miles beyond in service and excellent practices.
Ms. Gabriela let me know well ahead of time (3 hours) that same day that Mr. Emil was indeed coming on down and when to expect him. Mr. Emil arrived timely and called me as he was making his final light/turn in, so I was able to wave and let him know where I was. Pleasant and sharing all inspections of dents, paint chipping, window cracks, all scratches, etc. with me, he also recommended some (previously unnoticed) that I should check out for my safety, and which ones were commonly seen on cars in my state of the union. He carefully got my car loaded onto the trailer, and when I came back minutes later, having forgot something in the car, he helped make sure I could get back in and retrieve it.
When called to see if the ETA was changing, he answered right away, and we appreciated his care taken as he was in stormy weather, and he appreciated our prayers for him. On the expected day, from a few hours away, Mr. Emil called to let me know where he was and what time to expect him. He arrived timely again, having found a convenient-for-all place to park a few steps away from our residence, and again in good spirits though feeling the strain a bit, and made sure to show my car was no more mileage than before, same condition, and he put back my mirrors and made sure I was satisfied before he continued on his way. He was so thankful for a tip which I had not mentioned before, but which I could not have withheld. The paperwork was simple and clear, and he filled everything out in my sight, both in AZ and out East.
Whoever works with Ship a Car Direct and Emil & Gabriela is blessed. Pray and thank God for these guys as you think of and see them.
