Customer service was outstanding. Great communication from the time I requested the quote, to the time my car arrived and they did a follow up to see how things went. I couldn't be happier with how easy things were and how great their customer service is. Truck driver was great and communicated with me from the second he picked up my car. If you are thinking about using Ship a Car Direct, just do it. It will be worth it and you will have peace of mind, knowing your car is in great hands. Thank you again!!
