Let me say first that Ship a Car sends many emails (at least 17 throughout the process), but it just might be that that was a help for me. Because it always left me with the sense that someone was checking in on my needs. And it was informative (e.g., "how to," "what to expect," "just in case," etc.) emails. So I knew that I had the necessary tools to handle any situation. So, I gave them five stars for support even though my experience was so good I didn't need any of those things. The carrier they worked out was also outstanding (GLOBAL AUTO CARRIERS LLC). Quick delivery, picked up in San Antonio on Friday at noon, car delivered to the final destination (1192 mile trip) at 10:30 AM Sunday. Every personal interaction with the carrier was courteous and helpful. They kept me in the loop during the entire delivery process. Also, there were no gotchas with money. The quoted rate is what I paid, nothing less, nothing more. And it cost much less than I expected. It left me wondering how come I can ship a car for a third of the price it costs to send a couple of pallets of boxes the same distance? If you are looking for a car delivery service, don't look anywhere else, I definitely won't waste my future time with anyone else. Ship a Car Direct was superb!
