Excellent service, They professionally picked up my car from my driveway including taken many pictures of my new chevy Malibu. They carefully loaded it onto there truck and they told me it would be 5 -7 days for delivery. It was delvered on time and on budget in perfect condition ! I was really having a hard time choosing a car carrier because this was the first time i shipped a car across country. I did so much research on shipping my car and i was worried about all the horror stories i have read online. I actually came across Ship a car direct at the very end of my search. At this point i really didnt know who i could trust after reading about many shipping companies. We researched ship a car direct and decided they were the company i wanted to use. I first made contact with john who works for ship a car direct, and from the start he was very professional with me and not the hardcore sign on the line salesman. he made me feel very comfortable on the phone from the start. I didnt sign his contract that day because i needed to talk with my spouse about this company first. i told her i really felt comfortable with john about our car shipment. So we both decided this was the company to trust ship our new car across the country. From the very beginning from signing the contract to the final delivery everything could not have gone any better. ( We shipped from Chicago ill. to Scottsdale Arizona ) Everybody was friendly, courteous and very helpful and kept me informed through the whole delivery process and at final delivery did not rush me to look over my car so they could hurry and leave with the final payment. I would rate Ship a car direct a 10 if i could, so like i said i HIGHLY RECCOMEND this company for your car shipment. I want to THANK everybody involved with my shipment especially john that started the process. Thank you again Ship a car direct. !!!
