I had originally booked with a different company that had very poor communication. Once I figured out that the original company would not answer the phone, I was fortunate enough to contact Matt at Ship-a-car-direct. Even though I was not his customer, he took the time to explain the way the whole car shipping process worked. I quickly switched to Ship- a-car -direct and the customer service was like night and day. They kept in communication with me from the get go. They only ship your car with companies they have used before and have had success using. This was proven to me through the constant contact I had with the truck driver-always responsive when moving my car. I highly recommend this company. They vet the transport drivers, they are always available to help. I greatly appreciate the help and guidance they gave me.
