I had a life altering event happen that forced my wife and I to move out across the country in the matter of months. I had tried to sell my truck before we left but all I got was lowball offers and scammers. Just as the last possible buyer turned out to be a fraud I decided I was taking my truck with me but didn't have a way to getting from Los Angeles to Indiana. In comes Ship a Car Direct. Within 12 hours of submitting my request(on a weekend) I was contacted by an actual human, who actually read my request. I had under 72 hours to find a shipper before I left town. Within 36 hour of submitting my request. I was contacted that they had found a shipper and they where available that day to pick up my truck. Price was only $150 more than they quoted me. For making the entire transaction happen in under 48 hours when normally they take 3-5 days, I was happy to pay a little extra. The amount of stress that was off my shoulders was immense.
