So we used ship a car direct for our car from charlotte nc to Austin tx. From the start, customer service was great. Jennifer was just a call and email away for any of our questions. She always did prompt reply, always in touch and would send tips, also reminders a week before scheduled date.
Driver was also in touch and very good service.
Will anytime recommend to our friends and family!
