The car arrived quickly and in one piece, and the price was close to the original estimate. The process happened a lot faster than I expected. I submitted the request for any time after that day, and the pickup was scheduled for the next day. It would have been helpful to know that, as it took some organizing to make sure there was someone available at both ends. However, both Ship a Car Direct and the carrier were very responsive to email and phone calls and gave accurate time estimates.
