Once I did thorough online research and contacted Ship a Car Direct because of its excellent rating, I never contacted another car transport broker. I immediately trusted they would ship my beloved Prius from Washington state to Florida safely and securely because of my point person, Lauren. Ship a Car Direct has a very smooth process with an excellent team, but the rock star in my opinion is Lauren. She was so great at communicating, quick to respond to questions, and completely dependable in following up with others if I needed more information or help. Lauren was so great at checking in with me frequently to keep me up-to-date. She is Customer Service personified. Plus, she’s so personable and enjoyable to talk to it takes all the scariness about shipping your car from coast to coast. Even if you’re a worry wart like me, Lauren is so reassuring you feel as if she has cleverly hitched a ride on the car transport vehicle herself and is keeping a close eye personally on your car every mile of the way. I was completely satisfied with the service provided by Ship a Car Direct and so grateful especially to have Lauren as part of my journey across country to my new home in Florida. Thank you Lauren.
