I purchased a vehicle from a dealership in NJ and needed auto transport to WI. After receiving two dozen online quotes from shipping companies, I chose Ship a Car Direct because of their reputation and fair price. Matt was very professional and helped with the release of the vehicle from the dealer to the transport driver. When my vehicle was delivered to my driveway l noticed some minor damage that happened during shipment. After submitting pictures and an estimate from a local auto body shop I was refunded the total cost for the repair. I highly recommend Ship a Car Direct for being honest and for standing behind their Damage Free shipping policy. The excellent customer service by Farrah and team made them an excellent company to do business with
