My experience with this company has been nothing but positive from the second I contacted them with questions. They were not pushy or nasty. They did not spam call me like most other companies. And they did not spam email me like all other companies did. They offered information that other companies were not willing to. Jennifer was nice and most importantly she spoke to me like we're real people and not like I owed her something (unlike most other companies I called). Her customer service is the reason I decided to go with ship a car direct over the hundreds of other brokerage companies available. The driver they used was good at communicating. The driver was kind and just wanted to get their job done the best and most efficient way they could and deliver my vehicle without issue. There was a slight hiccup during the transport but thanks to good communication, this wasn't any inconvenience at all. This experience was beyond what I could have hoped for. Recommend this company for sure.
