This was my first time using ship a car direct. I was very pleased with the service. We shipped 2 cars from Arizona to Florida. They delivered ahead of time and no damage to either car. I would use this service again and recommend it to others. .
Please NOTE- This is a transport broker service and not the actual trucker. So, you definitely need to be flexible with the pickup and delivery windows. We provided a 3-5 day pickup window and were lucky enough to have the cars picked up on the first day of the window. The drivers were quick and delivered the cars 2 days ahead of delivery window. Lucky for us we had friends able to receive the cars and verified no damage. We paid the driver via Venmo- not all drivers accept payment this way. Recommend you ask ahead of time
