I had a great experience with Ship A Car Direct. I needed to find someone to ship my car from Ohio to Colorado within 2 days and Mike found someone for me! He was very patient with me and even allowed me to offer a little lower fee before we jumped up to the higher fee. The driver was also very kind and prompt. They both reassured me that all would be taken care of and answered my questions. The driver also stayed in contact with me during pickup and drop off which also reassured me. I wasn’t there for pickup so my sister connected with the driver and she also said he was very prompt and easy to work with. When he dropped the car off to me in Colorado, he made it easy for me to walk out of my apartment to my car instead of having to take an Uber to another location. This was a great experience!
